We forge manually because of expertise we got over the years. The manually forged instrument are more stronger and flexible then an automatic forging machines which leave hidden cracks inside core of instruments. The art of forging transfered from generations to generations.
The quality instrument can't be made without pressing with right pressure. We have different pressers for different instruments.
The precision in size, weight and curve of tool is most important part of a tool to make surgeon/doctor more comfortable. We respect the order parameters given by our clients. We strictly follow the instructions.
Electroplating is done on almost all of metal instruments to make it more look cleaner and rust free. Electroplating is done and observed very carefully and spotted instruments are sent back for repair or forge to melt.
The hardest part which instrument face in our workshops is quality testing. We test Masurements, Curve's Degrees, Electroplating, Cracks, Spots, Rust, Grips, Movement Flow and Material durablity through different stages. We deliever only the instrument which we get paid for. We fully understand that client don't pay for faulty or bad quality materials.
