Intellectual Property
All surgical instrument designs, ergonomic patterns, and metallurgical formulations displayed are the exclusive property of Young Surgical. This includes our proprietary "Dexterity-Steel" coating technology.

Liability & Warranty
Young Surgical warrants that all instruments meet ISO 13485 standards at the time of delivery. However, we assume no liability for surgical outcomes, which are the sole responsibility of the operating surgeon and the healthcare facility.
Limitation of Damages
Young Surgical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from tool misuse or improper sterilization.
Replacement Policy
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a precision-certified replacement.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Young Surgical is headquartered. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in a venue determined by Young Surgical.
